Check the package for damage in the presence of the courier driver upon the receipt of the consignment. In case damage of package is found write a report on the damage with the courier driver and do not accept the consignment. Inform us immediately about this fact on the number: +420 485 107 441.

In case you accept the consignment and after opening it you find out the content is damaged, contact DPD customer service on the number: +420 225 373 373 and inform the courier employee about this fact together with the shipment number. Then request a report on damage no later than 24 hours after the receipt.

Do not delay reporting a claim of a damaged consignment! After the damage is registered contact our company on the number: +420 485 107 441 to arrange another procedure of shipping a new consignment with the goods.

If you accept the damaged consignment or if you find out the damage or loss of the content later after opening we can no longer actively enter into the potential complaint procedure between you and the courier service.
