INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION - DRILLLING
NIMCO general illustrated assembly instructions.
The product includes screws and dowels. It can be used in concrete and cladding, which has a thickness of up to 8 mm.
Correct combination of dowels and screws for:
CONCRETE - dowel diameter 6, screw min. 3.5 * 40mm
BRICK - dowel diameter 6, screw min. 3.5 * 40mm
RIGIPS - dowel fastening to plasterboard and hollow materials diameter 6mm, dowel lenght 35mm, screw 3.5 * 40mm
FLOOR - dowel and screw - MUST be used with thickness of the given tiles (pavement)
Common assembly errors!
-drilling between joints
-using the wrong size (diameter and length) of dowels and screws
-using the wrong drill size
-clogged hole after drilling
-the dowel used protrudes above the cladding. The dowel must be flush with the cladding. Otherwise, the product will not stick to the tile and it will warp!
- the product will not be attached to the wall in one plane if the holes are drilled incorrectly

Warranty
Warranty and statutory rights
We provide an extended 10-year commercial warranty on the functionality of the product.
The surface finish is covered by a 2-year warranty.
The 10-year warranty does not apply to dispenser pumps, toilet brush bristles, brush handles and caps, or ceramic and glass containers. These parts are covered by the consumer’s statutory rights in relation to defective goods.
The commercial warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
